Sales Agent Mary did not return my call after 3 calls for what would probably be an $8000 move. I guess they don't want my money?

After a visit to our home from one of the friendly staff to estimate our belongings - the friendly wonderful service stopped there. Things that should have been taken out of of plastic containers/tubs were packed in the moving truck instead of wrapped and boxed just so they could do the packing and moving all in one day - since this was a cross country move - once in town and ready to move in the moving guys dropped our things in front of us without apology, breaking things and even said a few statements that were uncalled for. When assessing all of the damage - the friendly helpful service at the beginning was gone again - and the first guy we dealt with could not return my calls - the person dealing with our damages acted like a machine and could care less or even remember our situation or my name. One piece of property was not only broken but out of the container and the broken piece was missing never to be found and no one there had a freaking clue as to what happened or where the piece was. From the stress damage to our furniture we have found after the move proves that it was stacked improperly - for your own good - go with another company - this was a nightmarish situation for us
