Ordered car side to go and when I got there my order wasn't ready or in their system. They rushed my order and I got within 7 minutes. They then gave it to me for free! They have fret customer service and focus on putting the customer first! Wish I knew the name of the man who gave it to me for free! Highly recommend it's also delicious!! I love getting their appetizers and specialty drinks!
Food and service have without question improved.
Waitress was a bit uneducated about the menu. That can be OK, if you admit it but don't pass off that you know what you are talking about and bring me the wrong thing. "Mucho glass" and a "tall glass" are two different sizes. Even me as a customer can see that, and it was my first time there after about six years. But hey it's just Applebees, right. The food on the other hand was cool.
It was not the service... it wasnt the resturant...its totally the FOOD. I couldn't finish anything! When the food got to the table it tasted stale, a tad too salty...just not good. I don't look forward to go back to eat there
Food was good, Price was good and our server, Hope, was fantastic! The best service I've experienced in quite some time.
