I purchased 2 cockatiels from this establishment. Both are doing fine and are smart and active. The customer service was horrendous though. The owner Martha and another short haired redhead named Jill were so rude and acted as if we couldn't take care of our animals. There was a slightly larger women who wore pig tails, I don't know her name and a nice elderly women (not Martha) that were there who gave me great advice, helped me and loved the animals. What I've found is that the woman with pigtails works on Tuesdays so I only shop there on tuesdays.
Awesome guilty pleasure. I spoil my parrots terribly with toys and additions to their play area. Getting help I've from some staff can be hit or miss, but I can always count on them to have great (if a bit overpriced) toys, and other accessories! I can find things for the whole flock, from the scrawniest of the conures to the congo grey. A lot of staff members are just fantastic: accommodating, honest, and knowledgeable.
To be honest, it should just be called bird connection since there's no reptiles. The only reptile stuff I've seen was a reptile hammock and 2 terrariums for bearded dragons. The customer service is really, REALLY bad. But the birds they have there are pretty well taken care of and playful as they should be. So maybe I'll give it a 2/5. Also half the bird foods are so old it's been infested with bugs.
There are no more reptiles but if you have a bird this is a great place to get food, toys, treat, etc... . If you're thinking about getting a bird go in and see Martha and her team. Say hi to Gus and Bob while you're there!
I have never had a bad experience at this store. Martha and Walter are the best! Toy selection is great. My birds love the toys that I buy. This.will always be my #1 store
